Concerned about my perishable food supplies. What will be handled and maintained by speedify Packers & Movers?

Clients of Speedify Packers and Movers are advised against quickly moving perishable items such as vegetables, fruits, flowers, ghee, and pickles, as they may damage your other valuable belongings.

We want our vehicles to be loaded directly in front of us. Is that something you can do?

Yes, Speedify Packers And Movers respects the client and his priceless possessions. We have the required vehicle carrier, and we can both load the car in your presence at home and deliver it to your new house.

How do I request a free pre-move survey or a booking?

How can I receive my Invoice?

The invoice will be sent to your registered email address after the delivery of the goods.

Can I place a multipoint pickup and multipoint drop?

Yes, you can place a multipoint pickup and multipoint drop. You can inform to us at +91 90966 89009 for the same at the time of booking or to our executive at the time of pre-survey.

How can I cancel my booking, is it chargeable?

You can cancel your booking by calling us at +91 90966 89009 before your scheduled moving date. There will be no cancellation fee.

Do you offer air conditioning uninstallation and reinstallation services?

Yes, we offer uninstallation and reinstallation services for air conditioning units.

What are the payment methods and terms?

You can make payments via Net Banking, Mobile Banking, UPI (such as Gpay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), or in Cash. Payments will be processed at the time of dispatch, and an invoice will be sent to your registered email address.

When will I receive a call after requesting a call back?

Our Relationship Manager will call you on your registered contact number within 3-4 working hours after the request is received with us.

Do you provide Bike & Car Transportation services?

We specialize in the transportation of bikes and cars. Our services include dedicated containers and specialized packaging to ensure the safety of your vehicles.

Do you provide a transportation for our plants and pets?

We offer safe transportation for your pets and plants. In addition to transportation, we also provide storage facilities for your household items along with your plants. Feel free to visit our page dedicated to Plants and Pets.

What if I fail to collect my consignment due to my unavailability at the drop
point/ destination?

If you are unable to receive your consignment on the scheduled due date, please inform us via message, call our official contact number, or email us at our official email address. We will alternative solutions to ensure you receive consignment promptly. However, please note that in certain cities, we lack the infrastructure to hold consignments beyond the due date, which may result in additional charges for delays. As a growing company, we are committed to expanding our hubs and improving logistics for everyone.

Do you Provide Part Load Transportation and packaging?

We offer transportation and packaging services for all types of shipments, whether it's a single carton box or a full container load.

What settlement/procedures are used by Speedify Packers and Movers in the event if the goods in transit are damaged?

All safety precautions are taken by Speedify Packers and Movers to protect your belongings from damage of any type. However, we guarantee our clients' prompt claim settlement from the insurance provider with whom we have a long relationship and understanding in the event of an unforeseen accident.
